Why independence matters
When the dealers being discussed finance a watch forum, readers can struggle to separate independent experience from promotion. Paid visibility and commercial relationships can create pressure to favour sponsors or treat criticism differently.
We do not sell advertising, accept sponsorships or receive affiliate commissions. No store can pay to be recommended or protected from criticism. There are no privileged “trusted dealer” lists. Members can discuss any dealer on the same terms.
Criticism is welcome
Positive and negative experiences are welcome. We do not remove criticism to protect a business or because it concerns a particular provider. The same rules apply to everyone: distinguish documented facts, opinions and unresolved questions. We moderate spam, threats, exposure of private information and unsupported allegations—not disagreement.
